Booking conditions for Uniq Lapland sledding trips<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Upon confirmation, you will receive the start time and pick-up information about your\nreservation. If the indicated pick-up address is incorrect, and you do not notify us of a\npossible change, we will have to charge the full price of the trip.<\/p>

Cancellation of a sledding trip<\/h4>

If the booked trip is cancelled, we charge a 10% cancellation fee. If the cancellation takes\nplace 7-21 days before the start of the Safari, 50% of the reservation price will be charged.\nFor cancellations 7 days before the safari, we charge the full payment. In case of possible\nillness, please contact us and we will arrange a new time.<\/p>

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE<\/h4>

A private sledding trip in stunning scenery, led by a local guide. The sledding trip is always\nprivate and for a maximum of 2 guests. The route is always tailored to the guests'\nexperience and wishes.\nOur prices include the following equipment.\nsled overall or two-piece sled outfit, helmet cap, genuine sled shoes, mittens\/gloves,\nhelmet, fuel, guide services and VAT.<\/p>

SAFETY<\/h4>

At the beginning of each trip, we go through safety instructions and driving instructions.\nThe customer undertakes to follow the guide's instructions. If the given instructions are not\nfollowed and we have to repeatedly point out faults, the right to drive can be denied. We\nrecommend that each passenger has their own personal travel insurance.<\/p>

DEDUCTIBLE INSURANCE<\/h4>

The driver of the snowmobile is responsible for damages caused to the vehicle or third\nparties. The personal deductible is \u20ac1,300.<\/p>

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS<\/h4>

Valid traffic laws, regulations and good manners apply to our trips.\nThe minimum age for a snowmobile driver is 15 years and the driver must have at least a\nclass T driver's license. T-card holders under the age of 18 can participate in the safari\nwith an adult.\nRemember to bring your driver's license with you! The police also supervise sledding\nroutes. The driver's license is checked before leaving for the trip.\nOur safaris have zero tolerance for intoxicants. According to the Road Traffic Act, you may\nnot drive a snowmobile while intoxicated.<\/p>

CHILDREN ON SAFARIS<\/h4>

A child over 140cm can sit on a snowmobile behind an adult.<\/p>

WEATHER CONDITIONS<\/h4>

We reserve the right to change or cancel the trip if weather conditions or other factors pose a clear safety risk. The maximum temperature limit is -28\u00b0C. In conditions over -20\u00b0C, regular breaks will be taken to prevent frostbite.<\/p>

If the trip is canceled due to the service provider, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer if the trip cannot be rescheduled to another date.<\/p>

DAMAGES<\/h4>

In the event of a sled accident or personal injury, the maximum deductible is 1300 euros.\nIf the Off-Road Traffic Act has been violated, the customer is obliged to compensate the\ndamages to the sled in full.<\/p>

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION<\/h4>

Snowmobiling is a physical activity, where there can also be bounces on the route. That's\nwhy sledding is not recommended for pregnant women or those suffering from e.g. worse\nback problems.<\/p>

MARKETING<\/h4>

Uniq Lapland reserves the right to use photos and videos taken on the trips it has taken for\nmarketing purposes. Please mention Safari at the beginning if you do not want your\nphotos\/videos to be used.\nDisagreements are primarily resolved through negotiation.
